Please note that participation in the TIM Train‑the‑Trainer course and the delivery of TIM training sessions are not compensated positions within the TIM program.

All instructional time is provided on a pro-bono basis. All course materials required for instruction are supplied by the TIM program at no cost to the participant or instructor.
Any compensation, on‑duty status, or reimbursement for an instructor’s time is determined solely by their respective agency in accordance with that agency’s policies. The TIM program does not provide payment for attending or conducting training.
