MoDOT will hold a public hearing from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 31 to share findings from the Environmental Assessment (EA) for U.S. Route 412 in Dunklin County. The public hearing will be held at the gym of Senath-Hornersville High School. The EA is now available for review on the project webpage. Comments will be accepted through April 21, 2026.

The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission has announced the selection of The Ames Team as the design-build contractor to replace the Chester Bridge. The bridge spans the Mississippi River, connecting the cities of Perryville, Missouri and Chester, Illinois via Missouri Route 51/Illinois Route 150.
