The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is in the process of updating its current Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) and State Freight and Rail Plan (SFRP). MoDOT is required to develop, adopt, and implement a LRTP and a SFRP as required in federal legislation and regulations updated through the FAST Act (Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act - 2015) and the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act – November 2021 (IIJA).
