Question: Is it illegal to file a false claim?
Answer: Yes. Under penalty of law, any false statement provided in your claim can be prosecuted for making a false statement to a governmental entity. Additionally, entering your name in the claim form carries the same legal force as your written signature.
Question: What happens after I have filed a claim?
Answer: Acceptance of the claim form is not a guarantee that a claim will be paid. Each claim is thoroughly investigated and is accepted or denied based upon the facts and circumstances related to that claim.
Note: Do not file more than one claim for the same incident. Doing so will only delay the conclusion of your claim.
Question: How long does the claim process take?
Answer: While every effort will be made to expedite the processing of each claim, it depends on the complexity of each claim, claimant responsiveness, and the amount of claims received.

Answer: Some aftermarket components are inferior to original equipment. If compensation is paid, only components directly damaged from the incident will be considered.

Answer: Yes. In Missouri, claimants are required to take steps to minimize the loss and to avoid taking unreasonable steps that increases cost. An injured party cannot recover damages for any loss which could have been avoided by taking reasonable steps. For example. Long storage fees. Towing the vehicle several times. Extended car rentals.
