The LPA Group has been working with our consultant partners to improve the consultant solicitation process. LPA RFQs are posted twice a month on Wednesdays according to the posting 2026 Calendar. The RFQ must be submitted to the district LPA contact by the Friday before the posting date to be included in the posting. The consistent posting schedule will assist the consultants in identifying which work best fits with their available resources. This will also help with the workload on MoDOT staff reviewing and posting the RFQs.
