The Clarkson-Radmacher Joint Venture (CRJV) team is committed to promoting workforce diversity in STEM and construction careers by partnering with agencies, schools, and industry stakeholders. Our goal is to increase workforce involvement by providing opportunities, resources, and education to all who live and work along the project corridor.

The following provides an outline of career outreach and education opportunities. More information will be provided as the plan is finalized.

  • Internship Opportunities - CRJV will provide internship opportunities in the project office for college students over the course of the project’s lifespan, providing hands-on experience in the construction and transportation design fields.

  • Industry Events & Career Fairs - CRJV will continue to participate in industry events and career fairs, fostering connections with students, educators, and industry professionals to promote construction and transportation design careers.

  • Promoting STEM & Construction Careers in Schools - CRJV will partner with local schools to increase awareness of STEM and construction career opportunities through presentations, handouts, job fairs, and activities.

  • Site Visits & Field Trips - CRJV will host site visits and field trips as appropriate to provide students with real-world exposure to the construction and transportation design industries.
