More retroflective backplates were installed in St. Louis City and St. Louis County. St. Louis City also received continental crosswalks, leading pedestrian intervals at stoplight intersections. In St. Louis County there was an offset left turn implemented at Lucas and Hunt, centerline rumble strips and advance cross street signs. In Jefferson County, guardrail in three locations were implemented and one location received chevrons.
