MoDOT Local Public Agency Oversight Update
As of January 1, 2025, Central Office Right of Way (COROW@modot.mo.gov), Volkert (Volklparwo@modot.mo.gov), and Lochmueller Group (lochlparwo@modot.mo.gov) are managing and providing oversight for all local public agency projects with new right of way for a three year contract period.
As a reminder, new right of way is defined as any property impact in which a property owner is required to sell to the local public agency or their agent. A property right is considered land, entrance reconnection, temporary or permanent easement, or relocation of any personal property items within the new project limits. Volklparwo@modot.mo.gov is providing services for Region 1 and Region 2 (Northwest District, Northeast District, Kansas City District, and Southwest District).
lochlparwo@modot.mo.gov is continuing to provide services for Region 3 and Region 4 (Central District, Southeast District, and St. Louis District).
