Webinar: Safe and Effective Use of Law Enforcement Personnel in Work Zones

The University of South Florida received an FHWA work zone safety grant and will host a free webinar on "Safe and Effective Use of Law Enforcement Personnel in Work Zones" on Wednesday, February 12t
h at 9:00am ET. The FHWA is dedicated to enhancing the safety of work zone workers through vigilant monitoring, continuous improvement, and proactive advancements.
Participants in this webinar will learn about temporary traffic control, proper role execution, and safe operating practices for work zones. Through real-world case studies and interactive scenarios, this course will equip safety professionals with ways to manage work zone challenges effectively, reduce crashes, and protect all stakeholders involved.  The webinar is open to all with a special emphasis on those who work in law enforcement, local government agencies, and any other organizations or individuals involved with highway work zone projects.
