PLATTE COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will be performing maintenance work resulting in various traffic modifications, on Interstate 29 and northwest Barry Road from NW Roanridge Rd. to NW Prairie View Rd.. Drivers are encouraged to use an alternative route. All work is weather permitting.
The following traffic impacts will take place on Friday, Jan. 30th from 7 am until 5 pm:
- WB Barry Rd CLOSED from NW Roanridge Rd. to NW Prairie View Rd.
- I-29 NB entrance ramp from NW Barry Rd.
- I-29 SB exit ramp to NW Barry Rd.
The following traffic impacts will take place on Saturday, Jan. 31st from 7 am until 5 pm:
- EB Barry Rd. CLOSED from NW Prairie View Rd. to NW Roanridge Rd.
- I-29 SB entrance ramp from NW Barry Rd.
- I-29 NB exit ramp to NW Barry Rd.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
