ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – The Missouri Department of Transportation has contracted Vance Brothers, Inc. to complete a scrub seal project in Grundy, Mercer, Putnam and Sullivan counties. The project is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 20 on Putnam County Route E.
Traffic Impacts: During construction, the roadway will be narrowed to one lane with a pilot car guiding motorists through the work zone. Flaggers will also be present at intersections.
Tentative project schedule:
- April 20-27 – Putnam County Route E.
- April 27-28 – Sullivan County Route P.
- April 28-30 – Sullivan County Route E.
- April 29-May 5 – Grundy/Mercer County Route J.
- May 1-12 – Mercer County Route E.
- May 6 – Grundy County Route B.
- May 7 – Grundy County Route N.
