EAP Eligibility

  • Active employees in a benefit eligible position.
  • A retired employee will continue to be eligible for 18 months after their retirement date.
  • Terminated employees will have access through the last day of the month following termination.
  • An employee's surviving household members are eligible for EAP services for 6 months following an employee death.

Mental Health

Free EAP sessions with a local counselor. Assessment, referral and brief solution focused counseling and education services.

Legal & Financial

Access to lawyers, financial specialists, CPA's and financial planners.  Free initial consultation with additional services available afterwards.

Identity Theft Protection

Access to trained fraud resolution specialists.
