Innovation Description and Benefit:

The Signpost Step Plus is constructed from materials already available at most MoDOT maintenance facilities that are destined for a recycling yard, now instead can be used in assisting the process of sign work along the state highways. It simplifies work by making it possible to reach just out of reach bolts and nuts on signs and helps support any step ladders that may be used by making sure they do not roll or slide away from the sign post.
