Innovation Description and Benefit:

Our innovation is an easy to install battery tender designed to maintain a charged battery for equipment that is not used daily. The battery is securely installed in the ER trailer and properly vented. The ER trailers are utilized during long duration or large-scale incidents that allow ER operators to have mobile power. The trailers are lighted units equipped with warning lights, arrow panel, generator, barricades, cones, floor dry, hazmat response, gas power tools, water, and mobile operation center. When needed, these trailers must be deployed quickly and fully charged to be ready to go. The solar tender helps to ensure the battery is charged and ready to go when the trailers are deployed.
