Innovation Description and Benefit:

This innovation is a longer concrete sled design with removable ripper teeth. Ripper teeth are designed to clean mud and rocks out of culvert pipes to either concrete bottom or put in pipe liner. The longer design is for easier pulls and lessen hang ups when used with winch system. The winch system is made from a 2-wheeled hand cart with a winch and battery attached to cart. The cart is placed at one end of pipe to hold itself against pipe while operating the winch.
