The External Civil Rights Division is responsible for administration of all programs related to non-discrimination, affirmative action, and equal opportunity, related to MoDOT contracting activities using federal funds. The primary programs include the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, Contract Compliance, On the Job Training, Title VI Non-discrimination and Commercially Useful Function Programs.

MoDOT Industry Update
Industry members are encouraged to join MoDOT leadership for a statewide industry update on the upcoming major projects across the state which will highlight Improve I-70, Forward 44, the 2025-2029 STIP, consultant services, and DBE information. Details will be shared about major project schedule (which can be found here), scope, and budget. This meeting will be in person and recorded. Those who are unable to make the event will be able to view the recording on MoDOT's website following the event. We also hope to live stream the event but have not confirmed that capability yet.
