Innovation Description and Benefit:

As part of the I-270 North project we have instituted a weekly website taskforce meeting. This process has allowed for continuous updates to the website, new ideas of what will be helpful for customers to see when they visit the website, and improved outreach to the community. Due to our project size and complexity of the detours we settled on weekly meetings, this could be scaled down to an appropriate meeting schedule based on different projects. One of the big values that we have seen by using this method is getting at least one person from the contractor, MoDOT, Community Outreach team, and the consultant that is designing our website together to discuss changes or additions to the website that need to be made on a regular basis.
