Innovation Description and Benefit:
The COVID-19 SharePoint page is a one stop shop for all things related to MoDOT’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. You will find anything from guidance and best practices documents, reporting forms, leave guidance, frequently asked questions, and telework communications to MoDOT’s Incident Response plan, Pandemic response structure, the COOP database and Incident Action plans. You will also find links to the CDC, vaccine and World Health Organization information. This SharePoint page includes cleaning/disinfecting and health information including EAP resources. With everything COVID related in one location, it allows to save employees time and simplifies work by keeping employees from searching multiple websites and locations for needed information. Providing timely information to employees also provides for a safe workplace
