This innovation extends the utility of the truck mounted CMS (Changeable Message Signs) on ER Vehicles by providing the capability of swiveling the sign display 360 degrees in any direction to improve its visibility in situations where terrestrial location may prohibit clear sightline viewing. It is operated from within the vehicle’s cab using a handheld controller, which keeps the operator safe while in operation.
