Innovation Description and Benefit:

Our innovation is the Digital Signal logbooks, which allows us to log and track traffic signal repairs and complaints utilizing QR codes that are located within the cabinet or using our phone/laptops to enter logs. It allows us to keep track of repairs and find common trouble items before they become major safety concerns. This also allows us to keep track of routine maintenance for upgrades and allows us to track preventive maintenance.  We can now access these logs from anywhere and it compiles all the data for the whole district in one place.
