Innovation Description and Benefit:

This is a tool to simulate setting a work zone, where a cone is used to put silicone in a bridge joint that we have repurposed this into a channelizer, to demonstrate setting traffic control before we get on the road. This tool will be a great asset to our crews in the training arena day one to retirement. We learn new processes every day to better our safety and work culture and surroundings.  The innovation would be a great tool in onboarding and work zone training.
