Innovation Description and Benefit:

The Hee-Man was created to assist with lifting heavy material over the side of bridges, along with lifting up scaffolding that is used to walk under bridges.  This design was fabricated in two separate pieces for simpler assembly and disassembly. This is a fairly basic tool made from telspar sign posts, a 12-volt ATV winch, powered by a Milwaukee battery, and has an 18-to-12-volt reducer.
