The Tailgate Closer is a removable hand-winch used to aid in opening and closing of twins of a twin-screw tailgate. It can be used by any-one person anywhere and it can be easily stored in the toolbox.  This tool eliminates the need of an extra person to help, and the task of lifting a heavy tailgate.
